WHERE WE STARTED
The founding pastors of Faith Community Church, Pastors Wayne and Virginia Bauer, officially planted our church in March 2004. After initially meeting in hotels and schools they broke ground on our current facility in February 2008 with the first Sunday worship gathering occurring in September 2008.

KICK-STARTING AFTER COVID
In June of 2021, after leading the church through the Covid pandemic, Pastors Wayne and Virginia felt it time to step down as Lead Pastors of Faith Community. After a healthy and God-honoring transition process, the church hired Pastor Dusty Phillips to be the second Lead Pastor in our church’s history in September of 2021. We have hit the ground running under the Holy Spirit’s power and direction, and we have seen the church seem to continually be growing in attendance, spiritual maturity, and impact in the community!
We are so thankful for all that God is doing in us and through us as we strive toward our mission of “Helping everyone experience a more Jesus-shaped life.”
